Doug Canter is the firm’s owner and principal service provider. He is a retired attorney, former educator, and Maryland-based writer with nine-years-experience teaching high school English literature and creative writing in Maryland public schools. In addition to editing numerous legal and professional documents in his prior law career, Mr. Canter has provided freelance editing service for non-profit groups and individuals. Mr. Canter’s published writing includes short stories, personal essays, news articles, magazine features, and website content.
